What is your minimum order quantity for custom plastic parts?
Prototype and sample orders can start from 1 piece. Custom logo or packaging artwork typically requires a minimum of 100 pieces.
Can you manufacture from our drawing or a physical sample?
Yes. Send a 2D or 3D drawing, or ship us a sample. We review design-for-manufacture, then confirm material, surface finish and lead time before quoting.
How long does a prototype or sample take?
Indicatively 5 days for 1–50 pieces; larger production runs are scheduled at order placement, typically 15–20 days.
Which materials and surface finishes do you offer?
Plastics including PP, ABS, PA, PC and POM, plus brass, stainless steel, silver and alloy metals. Finishes include chrome plating, painting and anodizing, colour-matched to RAL or Pantone.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM manufacturing — custom logo, custom packaging, custom colours and custom specifications are all supported.
How do you handle quality control and shipping?
Every order is inspected with 3D coordinate measuring (CMM) before release. Parts are packed to your artwork and shipped worldwide from Ningbo or Shanghai port.
